The new Battlefield.
This article is about the Battlefield in its SSBB form. For the SSBM version, see Battlefield. For the SSB version, see Fighting Polygon Stage.

The Battlefield is a stage confirmed for SSBB. It appears relatively unchanged from its older version, though it appears to have a day-and-night cycle.

There are however, rumours that it could be a Kid Icarus stage. Due to the greek pillars and the vines, it leads to believe that the stage is the Kid Icarus level ' Palace in the Sky'. Others say that this may be a stage that is inspired by Fire Emblem, which raises further questions as to the playability to Marth and/or Roy.

The stage's music has been confirmed to be a remix of SSBM's menu theme, and can be heard on Super Smash Bros. Dojo!!.
