tacos (previously known as $NKE) is a top-level Super Smash Bros. 64 player from Brownsville, Texas who is considered one of the best Smash 64 players in the world. He is considered to be one of the country's best Yoshi players, along with Wizzrobe, Star King and Fireblaster, and the most technical one. He is also highly proficient with many characters, such as Jigglypuff, Captain Falcon and Kirby.

He is one half of Team Luv along with the Canadian player The Z, a very strong doubles team who notably took second place at Apex 2015.

He boasts tournament victories over world-class players such as Ruoka Dancho, Dext3r, Mariguas, Banze and Wizzrobe. His only recorded console tournament losses have been to Isai and SuPeRbOoMfAn.

Playing style

tacos uses a Hori controller. He is known for his very unconventional style, unpredictable combos and high technical skill. He is extremely proficient at using the parry, and has great movement fluidity. He is known for his ability to use multiple characters at a very high level. His playstyle is also sometimes seen as disrespectful, due to his tendency to sandbag when ahead in a match, and utilizing taunt canceling.
