Perfect pivoting is a new technique introduced in Smash 4. It is similar to "wavedashing". Perfect Pivoting can be performed by flicking the joystick left then right very quickly or visa versa. Captain Falcon has the longest perfect pivot, Jigglypuff has the shortest.
