Do we have an article...

on things sticking to people after they're supposed to be dissapearing in Melee? P.S. Kirby with a Yoshi tounge looks innappropreate with the glitch. *_* GandWuser (talk) 01:59, 16 June 2008 (UTC)

New Stickers Section/Strategies

Has anyone else been thinking That we need to stop posting Strategy sections, and stop giving personal advice in the stickers section? We should let the reader make their own strategies. It's perfectly alright for us to help, but going right out their and saying 'do this, this and this, but dont do this' is a little wrong. I think we should start using this new Stickers template I made (see Mr. Game & Watch (SSBB), which describes what type of attacks the attacks are considered, and also the 'Exclusive Stickers'. And about the strategies, we should use the template on Mewtwo (SSBM) from now on, putting links to pages about strategies that PROFFESIONALS USE. Who's with me? Great thing

No vandilism lately! I think that we SmashWikians are gonna go the WHOLE summer without vandilism or joke pages. So, remember, nice summer on SmashWiki! ParaGoomba348 (talk) 02:23, 22 June 2008 (UTC)

The featured Article

Hasn't Melee been the featured article for a long time now? Anybody wanna change it? I don't think I should, I'm not a "Sysop". Suggestions: Brawl, Super Smash Flash, SSB64.......--GDawg816- "Sonic's the name, speeds my game! (talk) 18:28, 24 June 2008 (UTC)

ssb64 was on way longer. i still think it should be "this weeks featured article". anyways i was thinking it could be random. or that we could of "todays featured stage", "todays featured character", and "today's featured item", along with the regular featured article. Kperfekt722 (talk) 18:35, 24 June 2008 (UTC)

Yeah having it random would be cool! Then it would not be dictated by one user.... *Cough*Richard1990*Cough*. A new featured article every day sounds even better...... --GDawg816- "Sonic's the name, speeds my game! (talk) 18:39, 24 June 2008 (UTC)

Eh? I don't dictate the FA.--Richard 18:42, 24 June 2008 (UTC)
Oh. So can you put it to random? Just exclude user and user talk pages and we're good! --GDawg816- "Sonic's the name, speeds my game! (talk) 18:46, 24 June 2008 (UTC)
Well, I believe the system now is Template:FA/7, followed by Template:FA/8, followed by Template:FA/9, etc. So really, I can just select random articles, do a little rewrite up and put it on the Main Page manually. So yes, I can do it randomly, though I have to find articles and make a little blurb first, which isn't that hard.--Richard 18:53, 24 June 2008 (UTC)
Go with whatever, to be had. If we stick to numbers, I can set up an almost-randomized dealio. --Sky (t · c · w) 05:25, 28 June 2008 (UTC)

New Layout

Hey guys. I've changed the layout of the Main Page so that it now incorporates a box ad into it, from Wikia's New Style. It should have everything from the old version as well, you just have to get used to one column being larger than the other. The most visited wikis will soon all have a layout similar to this; for example, see Metal Gear Wiki's Main Page, FFXIclopedia's Main Page, and WoW Wiki's Main Page.--Richard 18:42, 24 June 2008 (UTC)

Sweet, more ads. --RJM Talk 01:54, 25 June 2008 (UTC)

Origins

We need to work on origins for the special attacks. Many do not have one, last I knew. I can't do all of it myself. Please help! Nintendofan146 (talk) 23:14, 29 June 2008 (UTC)
