The first problem that occurs to me with moving "dashing" to "dash" (both of which can be used as nouns) is that we can't also move "swimming" to "swim" (the latter which I don't think I've ever heard used as a noun in the way we'd need it), which would leave "swimming" as the only gerund amongst "walk", "dash", "jump", "crouch", "roll", and maybe some others I'm forgetting. Dash stopping animation

What's the braking thing when you stop dashing called? – Smiddle 02:16, 16 November 2014 (EST)

I don't think it has a popular name. Mechanically it's something like "RunStop" or "RunBrake". Toomai Glittershine ??? The SMASH-GINEER 10:06, 16 November 2014 (EST)
And what are the possible options out of it? Same as run? – Smiddle 16:52, 18 November 2014 (EST)
You can only jump and up smash (at least in Smash 3DS). PikaSamus (talk) PikaSamus 17:46, 18 November 2014 (EST)

SSB4 Dashing Speeds

Assuming people haven't already started testing this, can someone try to accomplish getting the speeds for the whole cast in SSB4? Aidan the Gamer 08:46, 21 November 2014 (EST)
