You'll probably run into some resistance from other members if you try to use your account mostly for socializing, though I would understand why you would do that given the recent DDoS attacks on other Smash websites. There is a community page that can give you some direction.
I hope you find something that interests you to write about - there's always information to share and incomplete or wanted pages pages on common things in Smash Bros. Maybe you'll make a few the rest of us didn't think of!
