To suggest that I am complaining would have to be substantiated by me saying that offending users should be reprimanded, which I haven't and which is also a separate issue. The fact is that the IRC environment is much more lenient as demonstrated and most offenses go without enforcement anyway because of the high traffic and general attitude from participants.
