And Airconny, Snake's aerial game is best used complimenting his ground game, watch Ally to see how to utilise Snake's aerial game. Also, bair is Snake's best edgeguard option, you should be using that instead of nair as your goto edgeguard. Additionally, players of any character will exploit the grab release glitch on Snake's Cypher, as such, you will almost always want to recover high with Snake, and never recover low against the stage (which also leaves Snake heavily vulnerable to other edgeguarding attacks). Omega Tyrant 21:05, 30 March 2013 (EDT) | And Airconny, Snake's aerial game is best used complimenting his ground game, watch Ally to see how to utilise Snake's aerial game. :His bair is by far his best, too. And Ally? Just saw one of his matches against Renegade (Ike), and he utilizes grenades with near perfect timing, it's incredible...And I also noticed how he barely left the main stage at all, and only did if he was knocked back there or was trying to KO him with an aerial. And what about Snake's d-air, isn't that also good for some horizontal knockback? And I will make sure to stay onto the stage, I know about that glitch and I don't want to use my C4 to get myself back onto stage and not get KOed by other edgeguarding techniques (such as Marth's forward smash or his down aerial). Airconny 22:07, 30 March 2013 (EDT) | :His bair is by far his best, too. ::You should watch plenty of Ally matches. And Snake's dair is extremely powerful. However, it has very high ending lag, rather small hitboxes, and it's relatively easy to SDI out of it before the last hit comes out. It can only be used as a situational killer to get a really early kill with a good read, you can't rely on it. Omega Tyrant 22:16, 30 March 2013 (EDT) |
