If you can replicate the effect multiple times under different circumstances, it would be an Easter egg because it consistently occurs, showing that it was intentionally added. If not, it's a glitch. I have a theory. Maybe Nana passed the top blast line when you used Belay and came back down to land on the iceberg. Normally, once Popo dies, Nana taunts. My theory is that the game always tells Nana to taunt when either climber dies. If so, then apparently Nana decided that, having passd the top blast line and not landing on the stage (the iceberg technically not being a part of the stage), better taunt. This theory needs a lot of assumptions but does line up with other CPU behaviour.
