Charizard beat Yoshi! That's a sign of the appocolpse! Not only does Pokemon suck, but Yoshi rocks! There's nothing positive I can say about Pokemon and if you wanted me to say something negative about anything in the Mario franchise, I'd have to think for a couple hours.

  2. Yoshi is my friend's favourite character so i'm voting against him to annoy him.

A Charizard's fighting ability has been trained ever since it was a Charmander and can learn to fly, breath fire, smash rocks etc. A Yoshi is born with basically all of its abilities and will never be able to hone new strengths other than throwing eggs, making eggs, ground pounding and breathing fire without the use of a Smash Ball or swallowing a fiery object. Also, a Charmander will only ever evolve into a Charizard through training so it will always be experienced in fighting. Eventually. The next two or three can be previewed here. As is obvious, the next two are Young Link vs. Toon Link and Peach vs. Mr. Game & Watch. We also try and wait a while between times a character fights in the Arena. We just had Galleom, and we have Charizard now, so they'll be a bit later. Miles (talk) 04:12, 31 January 2009 (UTC)

  1. Young Link grows up to be the legendary Hero of Time, who not only saved the whole of Hyrule, but Termina as well. Him along with Zelda also made Toon Link's timeline possible, with Hyrule rebuilt and all. HUGE Letdown to me. Wolf LInk controls were sloppy, You had to learn some sword attacks by collecting Souls, Skull Kid just wasn't the same without Majora's Mask, It looks like they tried to mix ALTTP OOT and MM together to One game with a New Plot.   1. Falco is way more epic than King Dedede. He goes around the universe with Star Fox destroying enemies and saving the Lylat system, personally preferring the air, whilst King Dedede does things such as stealing food and using Waddle Dees to do his dirty work.   2. I think Falco proved himself to be better than King Dedede in the Subspace Emissary. He destroyed a Dark Cannon, assisted in destroying the Subspace Battleship and helped to defeat Duon and help Diddy Kong rescue Donkey Kong.
