Event Match 39: Jigglypuff Live! is an event match in Super Smash Bros. Melee. In it, the player plays as Jigglypuff against a team of 3 other Jigglypuff on the Pokémon Stadium stage. The player must KO the three other Jigglypuff to win. During this match, both the player and the opponents have lower launch resistance.
Trivia
- If Jigglypuff uses Sing on this stage while the screen in the background of Pokémon Stadium is focused around it, all three of the other Jigglypuff on the ground will fall asleep, and for much longer than they usually would. This easter egg is known as sleepy time.
- The number of this event is the same number as Jigglypuff's number in the National Dex in the Pokémon games: #039.
