In the sticker system used by Brawl, some attacks are coded as being Specials: Direct. The only attack known to have this effect is Super Dedede Jump. The criteria for being considered this type are currently unknown, but there are two main theories:
- Any attacks that are not Specials: Indirect.
- Any special moves that are not Specials: Indirect.
