This is to go under under good deletion candidates of the current deletion policy.
- User pages of nonregistered accounts without useful contributions outside of their userspace
- User pages of IP addresses
This is to go under under bad deletion candidates of the current deletion policy.
- User pages of registered users, regardless of their contributions.
And why should we do this?
This minor update to the deletion policy is to clean up the userspace of user pages of users that didn't edit outside of their userspace and those of unregistered IP editors. IP addresses are not allowed to make user pages in the first place, something the second point aims to make clear. And lastly, the third point is to prevent user pages of registered users from being deleted, as they may return even after making a single edit.
