Do you want to hear my counter-argument? I'm going to violently ram my elbow into your face.
~Ganondorf, in the youtube video "Melee's End".
Slippy's not such a screw-up after all!
~Peppy, in Star Fox 64

i HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE PIKACHU! here's 5 reasons why:

5. he's electric type, which beats my favorite pokémon, Vaporeon.

4. he spawned a rip-off of himself in each new generation (Marill, Plusle&Minun, Pachirisu, Emolga), and they are all useless and annoying

3. in Pokémon yellow, he was your starter, but he REFUSED TO EVOLVE, making him completely useless, but you feel like you have to always use your starter no matter what, so you're stuck with him

2. He's the main character in the anime, which killed pokémon's reputation and made it a kid's game

1. THUNDER IN SSBB SERIES. Need i say more? okay i will; it has a GIGANTIC hitbox with HUGE knockback and MASSIVE damage, and is the SOLE reason i had to pick and learn a counter apart from ToonLink just to deal with this annoying yellow ASHhole! A big part of my TL game involves raining bombs and spamming dairs from above to rack damage. Thunder makes that useless. and my counter (based on personal testing, not matchup charts) is ice climbers. NANA! Y U NO STAY WITH POPO? Seriously, every time i need to recover, OH LOOK! Nana is on the OTHER SIDE OF THE F@&%ING SCREEN!!!!!!! i hate my life...

I am great with my epic main, Toon Link (the hero of WINds), as well as the almost-as-epic marth (Fire emblem=WIN), R.O.B. (Remembered Old Buddy), Zamus (Hot + Kick@$$ = WIN) Wolf (Can't let you brew that, StarBucks!) and Olimar & Steve (PikWIN). As for why I.C. is on my main list on the right, I would use them in a tournament because they are the ONLY character i can beat Pikachu with. As for everyone else, i am almost equal, although DDK, Yo-shi*, and ArmPit are among my worst (although i still play them rather well).

I have smash64 on my Wii VC, and can play everyone except yoshi. Ness isn't that great either. Fox is BY FAR my best character (DownSmash edgeguarding + uair juggling = WIN).

As for melee, i don't own it, but that will change soon. My former freind had it, and i was great with dr.Mario (R.I.P.), C. Falcon (Not gonna say it), Ness (You dont mess with Ness!) and Roy (R.I.P again ;_; ). Managed to pwn crazy hand with D.M.(M.D.) fairly easily on normal.

Random Note: i use the classic controller.

  • Pokémon Trainer uses the gen V male trainer's design and uses Oshawott, Servine, & Emboar.
  • Olimar only has pikmin from pikmin 1 (Red, Blue, Yellow), while Louie uses all of the pikmin (including Bulbmin, although they are extremely rare)
  • Ridley is once again a boss, as he would have to be scaled down ridiculously to be a fighter compared to his Brawl appearance.
  • Waluigi has so far only appeared in mario sports spinoffs, and is not important enough (in my opinion) to be included.
  • THIRD PARTIES ARE NOT WELCOME HERE!!!1!
  • Any questions about why a certain character wasn't added can be brought up on my talk page. Usually, it is because he/she was deemed not important enough (in my opinion) to be represented in smash, or he/she is from a game i haven't played or seen.
  • Feel free to fix spelling errors.
  • Characters with 2 forms have their method of change denoted as DS (Down Special) T (Taunt) CS (Color Scheme) or FS (Final Smash).
    • Veterans with FS transformations would have their final smashes altered (eg. Bowser summoning a wave of lava to kill foes and change to dry bowser, and Giga Bowser retaining his boss status)

You found the secret text! Now go read a good book.
