:It certainly isn't significant, if an actual controversy at all. It has been noted that when two or more people are KO'd around the same time, someone getting Star KO may unfairly decide the match, but it really doesn't have an impact, as it rarely, if ever, shows up (especially in competitive play). Also, SmashWiki is just a reporter of facts, not a decider of the rules. It certainly isn't significant, if an actual controversy at all.
