A 0 vote rule
If they post something below or above the <-DO NOT blah blah blah-> when it tells them not to, make it a 0 count. I'm sick of it. Who can't read that? If you're blind, you can't find this place, let alone vote.--MegaTron1XD

A 1/2 vote rule
I like Mega's idea somewhat, but feel a 0 vote is a little too harsh. Perhaps we can make a rule, just like his guidelines, but instead it will count as half a vote.-Ivy73
