| Event 35 is a match that takes place on Yoshi's island. You play Luigi and are pitted against Dr.Mario and nurse Peach (white dress peach) Its a 3-minute battle where everyone has 1 life. This match can become very tricky as Peach and Dr.Mario will gang up on you inflict a lot of damage. | |

| 1. Run away from Dr.Mario and peach for the 3 minute

| 2. Try to lure Dr.Mario away from peach and kill him first, then go after peach
| |

| 3. Lure Dr. Mario to the edge of the stage and jump of, he will try to do his meteor smash (fair) and unless he lands on a cloud he'll KO himself now use your double jump and up B (side b if needed) to get back on, peach should be an easy ko, but if she gives you difficulty, try to use the Dr.Mario strategy stated above or jump on a cloud when it comes by, peach will try to follow and sometime KO herself
