This glitch can be performed on any stage. To perform it, the character must use their [[Up Special Move]] into a mushroom, or have another player or CPU hit a lightning bolt while the move is being used. As a result, the character will fly into the air, until they hit a solid platform, at which time they will "float" there for several seconds. If no solid platforms are in their way, they will go above the upper [[Blast line]], but not be K.O'd.

This glitch can be performed on any stage. To perform it, the character must use their Up Special Move into a mushroom, or have another player or CPU hit a lightning bolt while the move is being used. As a result, the character will fly into the air, until they hit a solid platform, at which time they will "float" there for several seconds. If no solid platforms are in their way, they will go above the upper Blast line, but not be K.O'd.
