Jigglypuff's Rollout.

Approaching attacks are attacks that move the character a considerable distance while simultaneously having a damaging hitbox. Thus these attacks provide a safer approach than simply walking through offensive strategies. Also, most approach attacks are Special Moves, meaning they can be used for recovery.
