Kingdom II is unlocked by obtaining the Birdo Trophy. It is Luigi's and Peach's home stage. In All-Star mode, this stage is played on when you face Dr. Mario and any of his teammates.
This stage is derived from Super Mario Bros. 2's Subcon. It is made up of 3 sections. There are two upper platforms on either side of the stage and one lower one in the middle. There is a pit on either side of the middle platform.
Logs come from the waterfall and fall into the pit. You can jump on them, but they fall rapidly. On occasion, Birdo will appear from the side of the screen and lob eggs into the fray. The eggs can be dodged or break and sometimes have items in them. You can kill Birdo, but she will come back. Pidgit will fly over the center on a carpet, which you can jump on.
The Graphics from the stage are actually not from Super Mario Bros. 2, but are from the Super Nintendo remake on Super Mario All Stars or Super Mario USA, because the original SMB2 never came out in Japan.
