Event 37: Legendary Pokémon is an Event Match availible in Super Smash Bros. Melee.
In this event, a player must defeat 4 giant Wire Frames and Jigglypuff. Each have 2 lives. The only item that will appear is the Poké Ball. Every Poké Ball has a legendary Pokémo excluding Wobbuffet. The only character on the other team who can use a Pokéball is Jigglypuff. Jigglypuff can only pick up and use Pokéballs. All the Wire Frames attack the player's character. The goal of this event is to defeat both Jigglypuff and the Wire Frames.
Strategies
Jigglypuff should be the first character the player should KO. Jigglypuff can be easily defeated by using the Poké Balls. The Wire Frames should be dealt with last. A good Pokémon like Moltres and Lugia will KO the Wire Frames fast.
Template:Spoiler Beating this match will unlock the secret character, Pichu.
