Weavile is a Pokémon that appears in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It is of the Dark- and Ice-type.
In Super Smash Bros Brawl
As a Poké Ball Pokémon
Weavile appears as a Poké Ball Pokémon in Brawl. When summoned, Weavile will use its False Swipe attack and slash at other foes on the stage furiously. Although each slash only does 1% damage with no knockback, any opponent that gets hit will be stunned, and since Weavile dashes back and forth, they can be stunned for quite a while. Also, if used on an airborne opponent, the attack has tons of knockback, making a Star KO very likely. In the Pokemon games, the move false swipe would reduce the opponents HP, but it could not kill them (Using it on an opponent with 1 HP would leave them with 1 HP) making it strange that this move can KO. Weavile uses False Swipe in one area for a short period of time before moving onto another area.
As a trophy
- Weavile
- A Sharp Claw Pokemon. The crown on its head resembles a fully opened folding fan. Its sharp, hooked claws and outstanding speed are its most memorable features. It's one Pokemon that can be expected to perform well on the front lines of battle. There are many Trainers who teach it the TM False Swipe and travel with it to catch rare Pokemon.
