Undid edit by SylveonFan700: On further investigation of this, even moves like Mario's dash attack triggered it, and after testing, I came to the conclusion that it's bugged, and is actually obtained if a KOing attack deals high knockback (enough to trigger the character's "high knockback" voice clip).
