:It was a poll taken in Japan a while before Melee was released, about which characters people wanted to see in Melee. Sakurai did the same thing with Brawl. Basically, King Dedede's high on the list, higher than even some characters who were playable. It's no wonder he's playable in Brawl. King Dedede non-smash bio needs to be expanded
King Dedede's non-smash bio...is basically non-existent. I added what I could, but it's nowhere near enough. Anyone with better information on the series, please, help improve this article. Johnknight1 12:58, October 25, 2007 (EDT)
