Also, i'll make another note that some of these files are "empty placeholders", meaning whatever was planned or theorized with the Forbidden Seven doesn't get contradicted by the amount of slots left over by Project Sora and Game Arts. This is NOT the first time they did this btw, this was noticable with the early DLC param files for Smash 4 via Cloud, Corrin, and Bayonetta. If there's an oversight, please inform me here. --Ryzmat 06:58, August 27, 2023 (EDT) | Also, i'll make another note that some of these files are "empty placeholders", meaning whatever was planned or theorized with the Forbidden Seven doesn't get contradicted by the amount of slots left over by Project Sora and Game Arts. :I've always thought "Every Player" was a huge stretch since it doesn't follow reasonable naming conventions at all. Plusle and Minun seems to be a much more commonly accepted theory these days and lines up more with the info we have. So you have my support, at least. ~ [[User:StrawberryChan|<span style="color: #e68;">'''StrawberryChan'''</span>]] ([[User talk:StrawberryChan|talk]]) 15:11, August 27, 2023 (EDT) |

snd_bgm_A12_MORINOKINOKO is ACTUALLY SMRPG's Forest Maze. Here is the removed track: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VzKN3sjqZ2w —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.164.66.168 (talk • contribs) 16:45, 30 October 2013 (EDT)

W32?
I found another empty song file in the game, with the title "snd_bgm_W32_DX81". Maybe I'm seeing things, but I think it deserves a mention on this page. However, I don't know that to write for "song identity theories". --EndGenuity (talk) 14:31, 26 April 2014 (EDT)
Dixie Kong in Brawl
According to this, Sakurai outright stated in Famitsu that Dixie was intended to be teamed with Diddy Kong in a manner similar to Zelda/Sheik, before being cut due to technical issues. However, the OP doesn't provide any links to sources (and the OP hasn't been on since 2008, so it's not feasible to ask the OP himself for it). As such, can anyone here verify if Sakurai did indeed state this on Famitsu and provide the source? Omega Tyrant 15:09, 5 June 2014 (EDT)
- From what I can tell, it seems that this has been tossed around without much backing, a la the Animal Crossing character rumours from Brawl, which also featured a quote from Sakurai. I would suggest that a note be made referencing the issue of Famitsu, but note that there is currently no verifiable way to prove that this interview occurred.
Final ten seconds
It says on the page that the announcer counted the final ten seconds instead of five. But where did this information come from? --GarfLarf 10:58, 7 February 2019 (EST)
"pra-mai" or "pramai"?
Just out of curiosity, is the mysterious character "pra-mai" labeled with a dash as it is on this page in the files? Because, from the website I'm looking at that labels the instance slots of each fighter (here: http://opensa.dantarion.com/wiki/Instance_Slots) lists it as "pramai", with no dash. I would just like to know if there is any source for whether or not the dash one appears in the game's files before I make any changes. Xm0c (talk) 23:50, September 15, 2019 (EDT)
- The effect file is labelled "pra_mai"; there seems to be a discrepancy between the instance slot and the effect file, which is strangely absent for the "dr_mario" effect file and instance slot. - EndGenuity (talk) 23:57, September 15, 2019 (EDT)
SourceGaming discussed about Pra Mai and debunked a few theories that were made here.

What are your thoughts?
They seem to set some good points. Do you feel it's less Miis/Random Button and more to Plusle/Minun being scrapped for no known reason? --Ryzmat 17:40, May 20, 2021 (EDT)
I'm also thinking of adding their observation notes on to the page, unless someone here objects that, do let me know and debate about it too. --Ryzmat 23:41, May 28, 2021 (EDT)
Final reminder that I'll be including their points to the page if nobody objects here, and personally I don't think what was concluded years ago holds the cake any more.. --Ryzmat 08:56, July 19, 2021 (EDT)
No objections made in the last 2 years, i may as well go ahead with it since, so much for that final reminder.
