Lima is an SSBU Bayonetta main from Dallas, Texas who is considered to be the best Bayonetta player in North America. He is currently ranked 1st on the Dallas-Fort Worth Power Rankings and 4th on the Texas Ultimate Power Rankings. Lima has wins over top players such as Maister, MuteAce, Kurama, Goblin, Quidd, Aaron, Scend, and Ouch!?.
On December 6th, 2017, Lima was signed by EarthRoot Gaming, which he left a few months later on May 25th, 2018.
In SSB4, Lima was also a Bayonetta player and was considered to be one of the top Bayonetta players in the world. His breakout tournament was EVO 2017, where he placed 9th. A year later, he won EVO 2018, although the set he played against CaptainZack was controversial due to allegations that he and CaptainZack treated their sets in an unprofessional manner. He has victories over top players such as Dabuz, Ally, Larry Lurr, KEN, Mr.R, VoiD, ANTi, CaptainZack, ESAM, and kameme. Lima is currently ranked 1st on both the Texas Smash 4 Power Rankings and Dallas-Fort Worth Power Rankings as well as 20th on the Panda Global Rankings 100.
Playstyle
Lima plays an unconventional stylish and punish game. Perfectly spacing Bayonetta's aerials alongside mixing up with After Burner Kick to get 0-deaths and to simply just rack up damage, he is also known for how he plays the neutral game, having an excellent game plan as well as respecting the options his opponent throws out, if they whiff out an option, Lima will Witch Time, and use this information to understand what unsafe option they threw out which puts his opponent in a terrible position, either their stock being taken or in disadvantage half the time.

Controversy
Racist tweets
In late January through early February 2022, Lima posted a series of racist statements on Twitter.[1] This prompted other users to post screenshots of other racist tweets Lima had previously sent.[2] Following significant criticism, Lima deleted the tweets and posted an apology.[3] He was subsequently banned from all tournaments within the Texas scene and nationwide for two months.[4]
He was unbanned on April 1st, 2022.
Meeting up with CaptainZack
On May 28th, 2022, during the events of MomoCon 2022, a picture of Lima, Mystearica and a group of other people had surfaced where the group had met up with CaptainZack during the event. CaptainZack, having been officially banned from competitive play in October 2020 following manipulated sexual allegations as well as bracket manipulation and blackmailing towards fellow smashers, attended MomoCon as a guest, where sometime during the event he met up with Lima, Mystearica and a group of other people. Lima took a picture of them and posted it to Twitter.[5] This was met very poorly by the community, who critiziced both Lima's and Mystearica's actions for associating with Zack after he had been removed from the community.
Lima has since then deleted the picture, although several other accounts have reposted screenshots of it.
Trivia
- Along with CaptainZack and tamim, Lima has a mixed reputation in the Smash community due in part to maining Bayonetta and being considered "disrespectful" when he plays the game, but moreso because many players have perceived him to be socially inconsiderate. This has led to some disrespecting and harassing him, such as being booed on stage, petitions that he be banned from local tournaments, and random drama on his streams. His infamy intensified as a result of the lackadaisical grand finals set at EVO 2018 with CaptainZack.
- At Super Smash Con 2021, Lima had to play WaDi for top 24 winners. After Lima claimed that it would be an "easy win" for him, he got double 2 stocked by WaDi.
- Lima is also known for getting his Twitter account suspended multiple times during his Smash career in which the circumstances for most of these suspensions are not given. This has earned him the title, "Twitter Diva".
