Syke is an Australian smasher who has pursued it as a hobby since 2004 alongside fellow smasher Gosu.

Background

Syke attended his first Smash meet in 2004; however, being new to the game and not knowing how to dodge, he was 4-stocked constantly and humiliated by the other smashers. He has since trained almost everyday, sometimes up to 5 hours at a time. He entered the competitive scene by winning a tournament held by King Mos in late 2005. A key player in Tech's crew line-up and currently the number-one player in Queensland (Queensland Power Rankings), Syke is in charge of the filming and documentary of the Queensland tournaments. He is regarded as the best Marth player in Australia.

Syke retired from competitive Smash as of December 2007.
