Attended his 1st smash meet in 2004, being a noob and not knowing how to dodge he was 4 stocked constantly and humiliated by the other smashers. He has since trained almost everyday sometimes up to 5 hours at a time. He entered the competitive scene by winning a tournament held by King Mos late 2005. A key player in Tech's crew line-up and currently the number 1 player in Queensland (Qld Power Rankings). Syke is in charge of the filming and documentary of the Queensland tournaments.
