The All-Star Teleporter is a stage in SSBM, which cannot be unlocked, and is only playable in All-Star Mode. It contains a teleporter which brings players to the next level, and also has up to three Heart Containers which heal the player all of their damage, instead of the usual 100%.
It is available through hacking.
