An unlockable stage is a stage that is not available at the beginning of the game, (unlike a starter stage), but must be unlocked.

No unlockable stages have been officially confirmed. Helipad, however, is almost undoubtably unlockable, as it is the home stage to Snake, who is third party, and thus unlockable, himself.
