Smash B (also known as Forward B and Side B) is a special move that debuted in Super Smash Bros. Melee. It can be performed by pressing the B button while tilting the control stick to the left or right. No matter what direction you turn the control stick, the same attack will be performed. Some characters' Smash B attacks are different depending on whether the control stick and B are both pressed at the same time or a bit after each other. For example, for Samus Aran, tilting the control stick to the left or right and then pressing B causes Samus to fire a weak seeker missile while tilting the control stick and pressing B at the same time will cause Samus to fire a stronger, faster seeker missile. | |||
