NEO is a very talented player from the Maryland area. No longer active, Neo is legendary for being the most talented player who no longer plays. Neo has spent time in USB, H2YL, and most recently, Team Ben.
Most notably, Neo plays the best Roy in the country. He took this title from Ken by beating him in dittos, claiming the red costume in the process. However, Neo's top tiers are a force to be reckoned with, posing a threat to the nation's best in his prime.
