Mr. Game & Watch (Mr. ゲーム&ウォッチ, Misutā Gēmu ando Uotchi) is a character in Super Smash Bros. Melee. His first appearance was in the Game & Watch series (1980), created by Gunpei Yokoi.
Mr. Game & Watch is unlocked by clearing Target Test with all twenty four other characters, beating Classic Mode and adventure with all characters (starters and unlockables) or, alternatively, by playing 1,000 VS. Matches (making him the yet hardest unlockable character in the whole series).
Clearing Classic Mode with Mr. Game & Watch will unlock Flat Zone, a level that takes place in a giant Game & Watch handheld.
