In order to Wall- or Ceiling Tech, on needs a wall or a ceiling.
It's quite simple actually: Simply press L or R 30 frames or less before hitting the wall or ceiling and you will perform a tech.
There are types of Wall- and Ceiling Techs:
- The "normal" one where you will simply bounce off the wall or the ceiling
- The Jumping Wall- or Ceiling Tech where you will perform a Walljump (even if you don't naturally have one)
You will gain a slight window of invincibility when performing a Wall- or Ceiling Tech, just like with a normal Tech. And just like with a normal Tech, you can do a Wall- or Ceiling Tech at any time you're in your tumbling animation.
