Doctor Mario is a character in SSBM, unlocked by either clearing Classic mode on any difficulty/stock with Mario without using any continues or by playing 100 vs. matches.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Has some good KO moves that often don't require a setup
- Good edge-guarder
- Pills are one of the best projectiles in the game
- Doesn't have many issues with projectiles other characters use on him
- Can hold his own well against some of the characters higher in the tier list
- Two chain grabs
- Bair is considered to be one of the best in the game
- Great wavedash
Cons
- Severely lacks range on his moves
- Has a bad recovery distance, especially horizontal
