Negative Zone, Luigi's Final Smash.
Negative Zone is Luigi's Final Smash. When used, a large, mostly green, circle appears around Luigi. This covered area does a number of problems to affected opponents. These effects include:
- Drastically reduced attack power
- Greater launch distance when hit
- Increased likelihood of slipping
- Steady increase in damage percentage
- Flower growth on head
- Dizziness
- Uncontrollable taunting
- Sudden sleepiness
- Decreased movement speed
...and possibly more.
Also, when Luigi preforms this attack, he does a VERY strange dance, which is accompanied by VERY strange music.
