Biography
Origin of the name
Mellow created his tag with SSBM player Nero while considering all posibilities for a name. Nero thought Mellow should have a silly name following in other popular SSBM player's footsteps. Nero came up with the name "MarshmelloSamurai", Mellow decided to take the "mello" and extend it into "Mellow" to fit his personality.
Playing style
Mellow is seen as a semi-technical player who tends to have a more aggressive playstyle.
However, Mellow has a worse neutral game compared to his punish game. A common misconception is that Mellow is a very aggressive player, no matter who he is playing. However, i certain scenarios, he takes a much slower approach to the neutral game, spacing up tilts and back aerials to try to catch his opponent to then exploit his superior punish game, rather than directly applying pressure. This approach, combined with him not utilizing Falco's Blaster as well as other Falcos, often leads to his opponent controlling the pace of the match if he cannot get an opening.
