The Common Wealth 2 was the second annual FGC tournament held in Virginia Beach, Virginia on September 17th-18th, 2016. Along with several other fighting games, TCW2 featured Super Smash Bros. Melee, Project M as part of the Project M Championship Circuit, and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U.
The tournament faced a lot of backlash due to mismanagement and poor organization from The Common Wealth.
