The Forward throw is a throw performed by pressing forward on the control stick after having grabbed the enemy. Most forward throws have neither the power nor the comboability to be very useful. Some notable forward throws include Peach's (a good KO attack in Melee, but rarely a KO throw in Brawl), DK's, which can carry opponents around, and Marth's (which can be used to chain throw).
