The Centurions fly onto screen ramming into other players at incredibly high speeds. When hit by a  Centurion, the opponent takes about 22% damage. Each Centurion makes a single attack to a character, and then falls in battle. This is a throwback to Centurions sacrificing themselves in ''[[Kid Icarus]]'', as they perished after a single hit.

Palutena's Army

Palutena's Army is Pit's Final Smash move. After getting a Smash Ball, Palutena appears, and an army of flying centurions arrive at the stage. The centurions often charge at foes, dealing a rather large amount of damage, as well as knocking opponents back quite far. Centurions can be defended against, or even attacked, thus knocking them out. Even while this Final Smash is in effect, Pit can still move around and attack, making this Final Smash extremely difficult to avoid.
