Umebura F.A.T. is an upcoming Japanese Super Smash Bros. for Wii U national tournament organized by Ayuha in Ota, Tokyo, on September 21st to 22nd, 2015. It stands for Umebura First Anniversary Tournament, as it is a large-scale commemorative tournament of the Umebura series's one-year anniversary, and will be the first non-exhibition tournament to feature strong competition from outside Japan, such as Nairo, Ally and Vinnie. It will be livestreamed on Twitch by SHI-Gaming.
