Although this stage is from the Mario universe, is it really a "home stage" for Mario and Luigi? I've only seen R.O.B. get put on this stage, outside of the Wario Bros. event. I feel it should only be listed as the home stage for R.O.B., rather than all three of them, unless someone has seen the brothers on it in Classic mode. -Sean.Nickel
- Yeah, this is R.O.B.'s home stage. We have Mario and Luigi listed because they're in that event. --Smash-jay (talk) 14:54, 28 July 2009 (UTC)
Food for item swallowers
It appears Shellcreepers and Sidesteppers can be eaten by Kirby, Wario or King Dedede only after they are flipped over and immobile, making them the only "living" items to be eaten. ILoveWario (talk) 05:12, 11 January 2009 (UTC)
- Who are you? Blue NinjakoopaTalk 05:19, 11 January 2009 (UTC)
- Mr. Saturn is able to be eaten (I think). He's a "living" item. Also, if you count Bomb-ombs, they can be eaten too. But the ability to eat the monsters in this stage should be noted on the page. -Masq (t/c/e) 05:22, 11 January 2009 (UTC)
- I don't believe Mr. Saturn can be eaten, but it's just him and Poké Balls (can Electrode or Bonsly be eaten after being released?), Uniras, Hot Heads, Sandbags, and Bob-ombs can all be eaten, the first three are even listed as "other characters," or something like that in the credit things after beating classic or all-star mode. And you can eat apples from green greens, so I don't think that being able to eat level specific items is all that noteworthy here, but it can be included if others feel it's important, just my two cents. 70.190.71.44 05:53, 11 January 2009 (UTC) (umm... Nope, Mr. Saturn can't be eaten...I've tried. ILoveWario (talk) 02:34, 12 January 2009 (UTC)
...would Munchlax fit into any of this? Blue NinjakoopaTalk 03:54, 12 January 2009 (UTC)
I don't know, as I have Poké Balls turned off...I'm guessing yes. ILOVEWario 03:51, 15 February 2009 (UTC)
Flame
A large green, white and blue flame appears on this stage as a hazard, but it isn't mentioned in the article. It will appear every now and then and bounce along one of the floors of the stage, dealing extremely high knockback to whoever it touches. I have three pictures of it, Flame 1, Flame 2 and Flame 3. Please pick one for use in the article - I can't decide. PenguinofDeath 10:49, 5 August 2009 (UTC)
- All about the same; I guess 2, though I would think one of it damaging a character would be preferred. Miles (talk) 19:27, 5 August 2009 (UTC)
- It's surprisingly difficult to get a good shot of a character getting hit by it, as the flame moves so fast and the knockback is so great and lag-free that by the time you've registered the hit, your character's already been KO'd (especially at about 4am). After trying for quite literally 9001 years, I managed to pause it just as Kirby was getting hit by the flame. After taking the following pictures, I tried to quickly unpause then pause the game to get pictures of Kirby just after being hit, but he was already miles away by the time it paused again. Here are the pictures: Flame 4, Flame 5, Flame 6, Flame 7, Flame 8, Flame 9, Flame 10, and Flame 11. Some are quite similar to others, but there's also some variation in terms of how much of Kirby, the flame and the explosion you can see. If you think that none of them are good enough, I can make even more. :D PenguinofDeath 17:31, 10 August 2009 (UTC)
More Specific Stage Details
I have tested this stage extensively and worked out the timing and mechanics for basically everything, is it worth adding this to the article? 124.171.185.46 04:18, 27 September 2011 (EDT)
Alright, I've layed out the facts and fixed some errors regarding the flame's mechanics, as well as adding some stuff to the trivia section and debunking some of the common myths about this stage's competitive legitimacy. Feel free to tidy it up as best you can, this was kind-of a rushed job. 124.171.185.46 06:17, 27 September 2011 (EDT)
Move
Oppose. Since we have a disambiguation page, that should take precedence IMO, especially with all the different uses "Mario Bros." has. Nyargleblargle (Talk) 10:25, 7 July 2015 (EDT)
- Actually, I suppose it's fine to move this page, as long as we link to the disambiguation page. If no one opposes, I'll move the page by the end of the week (probably tomorrow or the day after). Nyargleblargle (Talk) 17:33, 22 July 2015 (EDT)
