Except X and Zero, who later stopped him on more than one occasion. X later sacrificed himself to contain a deadly weapon, but lived on in the form of a sprite and helped Zero in the Mega Man Zero series. | |||

X, also known as Mega Man X, (ロックマンエックス, Rockman X) is the protagonist of the Mega Man X sub-series of the Mega Man universe.

X is one of the several incarnations of Mega Man summoned by the classic Mega Man as part of his Final Smash, Mega Legends.
