Powers are a customization option in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS that can only be used in Smash Run. They are like a simplified form of Brawl's stickers - each power grants an effect to the user, limited by the character's weight and speed. The primary difference between powers and stickers is that while sticker effects are passive and always-on, powers have limited uses and must be activated by tapping them on the touch screen.

While customizing, Powers can be given "favorite" status. When selecting powers randomly, or playing as a random fighter with customization turned on, only favorite powers will be chosen unless all favorite powers have already been selected.
