:Oh wait I forgot examples: King Dedede in PM has 11 nerfs, 4 of which I would consider major. He also has 33 buffs, 3 of which I would consider major. He was nerfed from Brawl to Project M, but his buffs outnumber his nerfs trifold, which is strange. This is actually what led me to thinking we should have another two templates.Qwerty da beast 15:23, 16 July 2014 (EDT)

:::I don't think we should need templates for two separate ranks of nerfs or buffs. That will be a waste of space, which is bad programming sense. Instead, if we are to do major/minor, we should have a conditional statement that checks if a variable is set to a certain value, similar to what the ArticleIcons template has. If it's not given the value in question, then there would be the alternative indicating a minor buff/nerf. Berrenta (talk) 15:14, 19 July 2014 (EDT)

Moar templates

What I'm thinking is that we should have two templates for each: minor buff/nerf and major buff/nerf. Major nerf templates could have 2 minus signs and be bolded (and similar for buffs), so it's easier to see if the character has been drastically been changed by just looking at the amount of changes. And also it's better for identifying how much a nerf/buff affects a character's metagame.Qwerty da beast Nessytrewq.jpg 15:08, 16 July 2014 (EDT)
