So, I've decided to compile my own monthly tier lists based on the current success ratings for each character.

I don't expect these lists to match up with the official ones at all; they're just here to show which characters are doing particularly well/horribly in tournaments.

June 1 List

May 10 List

Much like the previous list, the bottom tier is comprised solely of characters that have yet to win a single tournament. This list has shifted in such as way as to more closely resemble the current tier list, and it's expected to continue to become more accurate as further data is added.

Zero Suit Samus has displaced Fox as the number one position as Zero Suit Samus mains continue to perform well in tournaments. Pit, Meta Knight, Mario, Snake, and Lucas are currently in the process of moving up the list towards their "official" positions. Marth, Zelda, Link, and Ivysaur continue to perform poorly as a result of their high popularity with newer players, though they are expected to rise in a similar fashion as Mario once the game's userbase stabilizes a bit.

May 1 List

At the time this list was created, the bottom five characters had yet to win a single tournament, and the Ice Climbers only participated in six recorded events. As such, this list became outdated quickly, causing a new one to be compiled only ten days later.
