I think the ability for each candidate to defer the prize to the next one down should be posted and explained in the rules, though. Little Mac?

Why would I have chosen Little Mac over Wonder Red? And what would the penalty be for? I must have made an error somewhere but I can't seem to find it. ChuckNorris24.png 12:13, 13 August 2013 (EDT)

On the tables keeping track of character selection, you added to Little Mac, while not adding Wonder Red, so I thought you might of decided to swap Red for Mac at some point during your ballot creation and forgot to make the change on your ballot. And normally changing a character choice after submitting your ballot results in a penalty, so I said you could of fixed your possible mistake here without incurring the penalty. That was my stance too when I entered, and I was told that I could defer the prize to the runner-up if I won, since this is purely for fun's sake for some of us.
