OK, from IRC discussions RoyboyX and I have come up with pretty good ideas for characters. Post suggestions on this page's talk page.
Likely/widely wanted characters
These are characters we can all agree on that are very likely for SSB4.
- Ridley
- Mewtwo
- Unknown Gen 5 Pokemon
- Either Medusa or Paulutenna from Kid Icarus
Pallette swap characters
Omega Tyrant suggested an idea where clones from Melee return as pallette swaps with slightly different moves. This is a good idea since it technically makes them not separate characters, yet it still allows for past mains of them to play as them once more.

- Roy
- Dark Samus
- Young Link
Suggestions
