I like Mega's idea somewhat, but feel a 0 vote is a little too harsh. A 1/2 vote rule
I like Mega's idea somewhat, but feel a 0 vote is a little too harsh. Perhaps we can make a rule, just like his guidelines, but instead it will count as half a vote.-Ivy73
