Toobusytocare (or "Toobusy" for short) is a Wario main from Western Washington, known for being one of the coolest people to hang out with, while pulling random amazing stuff in matches. Toobusytocare also has the best housing in WWA by far, which always brings fun when smashers come to hang out. He is also the leader of the WWA crew by the name of ITC. He plans most of Western WA's and ITC's smashfests and keeps the crew intact.
